Extension Numbers AWI
Does anyone know how to get extension numbers at AWI in Orlando? The local phone number is 407-228-1503. I specifically need to talk to Misa Andrews.
Thanks
Jerry Curci
*ADMIN EDIT - Thanks for the local number, but you might want to post this in the ongoing discussion since its a request and more people would see it there

luey6485 wrote:phone number from previous post for dd issues of your benefits has been disconnected. The new number is 850-617-0256 option#5. After a brief hold a live person comes on the line.
The correct phone number is: 850-617-0250; the DD extension 5 is correct.
Options 1-4 are for benefit status confirmation inquiries.
(I've been on hold for 30+ minutes.)
*ADMIN EDIT - Thanks for updating this Studio, I have removed the other posts with the bad number

Re: AWI Contact Numbers
The state directory gave me a new number for Josh 850-921-3296 but still lists an incorrect extension. It gave me an email address however so I sent him a query and asked him to call me. I should have a correct extension for him later today.

Daniel ext 5829 - Great help from another compassionate agent
Also you can still use 1-877-846-8770 to get through and dial the extensions when prompted, however now if you hit 0 to get a live person it puts you right into voicemail for a call back instead of ringing an available agent.
A workaround to getting the voicemail when hitting 0 is to call 850-617-4799, same system, can use same extensions, but if you hit 0 it will ring out till you reach someone live, within 10 rings or so though hehe then will dump into general mailbox. Of course it wont be long that those other tards spam this all over the other forums and then it to will soon go straight to voicemail, so try while the trying is good

I spoke with Cassandra right before Christmas. She helped me resolve a problem, she is just great! BUT she told me that she would soon be transferred to the "Fact Finding" dept and not at that extension. She didn't know what her new extension would be, but she said we are welcome to leave a message on the general voicemail for her and it would be given to her. She said it might not be as speedy, but she is still willing to help if needed

Reply to temporary work issue
Hi:
Yes, as we unemployed try to do the right thing and even accept temporary work, we are faced with it stopping or delaying our benefits. I had this trouble last year and waited almost 3 mos for it to be resolved. I had to write to my local representative, mine is Dean Cannon, and the issue was resolved immediately. I have some contact info that may get you to speak to someone quicker. Try this: email: Barbara Dickey
Benefits Services Specialist III, UC Services Unit
Federal Reporting Support Services
Agency for Workforce Innovation
Barbara.Dickey@flaawi.com
and/or 407-228-1877, Alicia and/or
1-877-846-8770 and/or
Frank 1-877-846-8770, x 2809
I have saved all the contacts that I can. Good luck to you. I hope you get your issue resolved quickly. There is also a good forum on fourpillars

Look for a previous post with a contact name for Cassandra with the number. People have been getting good information from her.

Cassandras number is listed above as we were the ones to provide four pillars last summer. However, Cassandra has moved into another department and its best to contact one of the other contacts
